1. All items sold are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
2. Serious buyers only. Strictly no back-outs once confirmation is made.
3. First come first serve basis. Reservation will only be held up to 3 days.
4. All goods sold are brand new unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment should be made within 3 days after confirmation via Bank Transfer.
6. Strictly NO meet-ups except for huge orders (3 pieces and above).
7. Items will be mailed every alternate days namely every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
8. R.T.S will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred during delivery. Registered mail is highly recommended.
9. Full payment is required for backorders to avoid last minute back-out. A full refund will be made to your account if the item is out of stock.
10. All mail / orders will be replied within 24hours !
